Lynn DellaPietra

Dr. Lynn DellaPietra joined AGB Search in 2022, after serving most recently as Dean of Social & Behavioral Science at Bucks County Community College. Dr. DellaPietra is responsible for assisting principals and consultants with all aspects of the search process to ensure that every assignment is executed successfully in accordance with AGB’s high standard of service, including developing and implementing research and networking strategies, preparing materials and documents, database management, conducting due diligence, conducting screening interviews, and assisting in bringing searches to a positive conclusion.

Experience and Honors

Dr. DellaPietra has held various academic and administrative positions.  At Holy Family University, she taught a wide variety of courses in the psychology undergraduate curriculum and served as Department Chair for Social and Behavioral Sciences and then Division Chair of Mathematics and the Sciences.  At Marymount California University, she spearheaded the creation of new bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology and then taught in and led these programs as Division Chair.  She then served as Dean of Social & Behavioral Science at Bucks County Community College.
