Tony E. Pace, Executive Search Consultant, joined AGB Search in 2023 following a year as Director of Higher Education Consulting at Huron Consulting Group. Mr. Pace has spent a successful career in private, liberal arts, and comprehensive university enrollment management at institutions including Trinity College (CT), Holy Cross College (MA), and Vanderbilt University. Implementing institutional and market data alignment to inform enrollment strategies has been a particular focus throughout his career.
Before Huron, Mr. Pace was Associate Dean/Director of Southeast Admissions at Lafayette College, where he redesigned their recruitment planning, connecting search and digital marketing to recruitment strategies. Before Lafayette, he served in interim roles as Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Southern Connecticut State University and Dean of Admissions at Xavier University of Louisiana.
Mr. Pace's prior career was spent as Higher Education Chief at the College Board’s Southern Regional Office, leading product placement, training, contract renewals, and consultative services to higher education institutions across the Southeastern part of the US.
