Kelly, effective September 2013.  Dr. Kelly was most recently the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Dean of Students at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.

Dr. Mellon has served as Executive Vice President and Professor at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH since 2009. She will assume the presidency at Carlow on July 15, 2013.
