Edward Waters University has appointed Mrs. Tourea Robinson as their Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Development, Marketing and Communications (IADMC). She began serving at EWU on April 4, 2012. Most recently, she served as Director of Development at the Clay County Aging True Communities in Northeast Florida, and formerly served as the Director of Development for the Ritz Chamber Music Society and Manager of Grants, Corporate, and Foundation Giving at the Jacksonville Symphony. Previously in higher education, she served as Coordinator of Donor Relations and Annual Fund Officer at Savannah State University and as Director of Donor Relations and Special Events at the Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) Foundation. Mrs. Robinson earned her BA in Mass Communications from Savannah State University and Master's in business administration from the University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Read more here.
