Texas Tech University has successfully appointed Dr. Lin Zhou as their new Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Dr. Zhou begins his new role on September 23, 2024. Before joining TTU, Dr. Zhou served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at The New School in New York City. Prior to his role at The New School, Dr. Zhou played a critical role in leading IBM Watson Education from a start-up to a global leader of artificial intelligence in education. Dr. Zhou holds a Bachelor of Science from Nanjing University in China and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Glasgow, UK. Read more.
