Margo Lessard joined AGB Search in 2022 as the Research Associate for AGB Search’s ExecComp service. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lessard enjoyed more than a 35-year career in public higher education. Her positions have included both campus and system responsibilities, most recently as Senior Special Assistant to the Senior Vice President for Human Resources for the University of Wisconsin System. As well as serving as Interim Director for UW System Human Resources, her campus positions at UW-River Falls included Chief of Staff to the Chancellor and Executive Assistant to the Provost/Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. Her duties and responsibilities in these various positions included event management, speech writing, the full array of human resources, faculty contract administration, project management and executive search assistance.
