With more than 20 years experience in higher education, Dr. Singh currently serves as the provost and senior vice president of academic affairs at Clark State Community College in Springfield, Ohio.

The Carroll College Board of Trustees has announced the appointment of John Cech, Ph.D. as the 18th president of the college. Dr. Cech currently serves as Deputy Commissioner of Higher Education for the Montana University System, where he is responsible for Academic, Research, and Student Affairs for the State.

They have appointed Dr. Sheila Caldwell to lead the position. Sublett, who is retiring after serving Union as president since April 2003, effective July 1, 2018.
