Tracey Stephens joined AGB Search in 2023 as the Coordinator for Search Services. Ms. Stephens plays a key role in supporting the search services division and is responsible for conducting research on semi-finalist candidates in addition to Survey Monkey, Nexis, and Constant Contact processes in support of all searches.
Ms. Stephens is an administrative professional with over ten years of experience. Her most recent role was with In-Q-Tel as a Business Operations Analyst. In this position, she was responsible for reviewing/entering contracts, credit card reconciliation, inventory management, monthly reporting, data entry, database management, conducted research on vendors, contract negotiations and provided support to the Director of Administration with several projects.
Prior to that, Ms. Stephens held several administrative and operational roles. Throughout her various roles, she has been tasked with meeting management, travel management, vendor management, supporting HR related tasks, employee relations, preparing documentation for executives, and supporting with ad hoc tasks.
