Elizabeth Alvarado, Ed.D., joined AGB Search in 2023 as a Research Associate. Dr. Alvarado has more than a decade of experience working with presidents and governing boards as part of the consulting departments at the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB) and the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT). She earned a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning at The George Washington University where she conducted research on how board professionals 'job crafted' throughout presidential transitions. Dr. Alvarado is also a health and wellness coach focused on workplace wellbeing and helping people to find meaning at work.
