As the largest private university in New Jersey, Fairleigh Dickinson University offers an extraordinary opportunity for a gifted higher education leader with broad senior-level experience in the areas of enrollment management, university-wide planning, and institutional effectiveness. With more than 12,000 full and part-time students on two New Jersey campuses and international campuses in Vancouver, Canada and Wroxton, England, the University is well positioned for further growth and development. The University seeks a creative, dynamic leader with substantial experience to provide overarching leadership for a comprehensive, university-wide enrollment management program that will achieve the University’s enrollment goals for new and continuing students at all FDU campuses, at all degree levels, and for all delivery modes. While this new position has a significant focus on enrollment management, it packages a group of related areas under the new Vice President’s leadership that will facilitate success in all areas.
To help ensure successful enrollment management, the new Vice President will also provide overall leadership for developing university-wide brand and marketing strategies; and given the critical importance of enrollment in total University planning, this Vice President will provide high-level leadership to coordinate data driven institutional planning and will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement that will ensure institutional effectiveness.
This position offers candidates with senior-level experience in enrollment and related areas an exciting opportunity to provide leadership on a much broader basis through the combination of crucial strategic areas into a single senior leadership position. The new Vice President will work extremely closely with the University President and the University’s senior leadership team as the University pursues continued dynamic growth while fulfilling its mission.
