Philip Dayao joined AGB Search in April 2017 as the Marketing & Research Coordinator. His job entails the oversight of external communications (i.e. marketing, development of print collateral, and social media), maintenance of the AGB Search website and database, provide assistance for consultants and their search team throughout the search process, and provide support for AGB Interim Search and Compensation Evaluation Service (CES).
Before joining AGB Search, Philip was a student at Loyola University Maryland (Class of 2016), where he was highly involved with Loyola’s radio station, WLOY Loyola Radio. He spent the past three years working at WLOY as the Graphic Designer during his Sophomore and Junior year and as the General Manager during his Senior year. As Graphic Designer, his responsibilities included the development of marketing collateral and social media content promoting WLOY events and presence within the Baltimore area. As General Manager, he managed station staff operations which included conducting staff meetings, strategic planning, staff scheduling, and engagement with other student leaders and Loyola faculty members on collaborations and student body outreach.
Philip holds a B.A. in Communications and Fine Arts; specializations in Digital Media and Studio Art from Loyola University Maryland and is a Maryland native.
