Jeanne Melloni joined AGB Search in 2012. To date, she has successfully completed over 50 permanent searches for Presidents, Chancellors, Provosts/VPAAs, Academic Deans (variety), Vice President of Advancement/CEO Foundations, Vice President of Finance & Administration/CFOs, Directors, Vice President for Enrollment Management/Financial Aid and medical related positions. Recent searches include:
Ms. Melloni has worked closely with all types of higher education institutions including large and small 4-year public and private colleges and universities, community colleges, HBCU's, and religious affiliated institutions. Initially, she created a standardized due diligence process and reporting method for the firm in its work related to verifying candidates’ academic credentials and listed publications.
Prior to joining AGB Search, Ms. Melloni had a twelve-year career in commercial banking as a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager with Bank of America, NA in Washington D.C. and San Francisco, California specializing in the commercial real estate industry. Ms. Melloni holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary.
